We’re so excited to be featured in another blog. I love the way Partese Blog described my images and Cecilia and Joel’s wedding. Take a look here…
Adorable twosome Cecelia and Joel tied the knot in an intimate New York wedding, surrounded by their closest family and friends. The ceremony took place outdoors with red brick and lush green plants serving as the backdrop, as Cecilia said “I do” in a gorgeous vintage 50’s inspired tea-length gown and a birdcage veil, adding a little modern glam with gold sparkly heels. Joel donned a light blue suit with a blue and yellow patterned tie, and the bridesmaids were done up in yellow and silver dresses. Adding a personal touch to her bouquet of white tulips, Cecilia carried a small frame with a picture of a dear loved one on the stems.
The bright, cheery yellow of the bridesmaid dress and the groomsman’s tie, inspired by the blazing summer sun, was brought into the lovely wedding reception at F&J Pine Restaurant, starting with the ever-appropriate yellow walls and the natural sunlight pouring through the windows. Eye-catching yellow blooms, including roses and sunflowers, burst from square glass vases tied up in a bright yellow ribbon, bringing a vibrant and modern touch to the white clad tables. The table numbers were given a fanciful personal touch as well, with guests sitting at various NYC locales like the 96 Street Station! The wedding party took their seats at a rectangular table facing the guests, with the bride and groom’s chairs donning chic little “Mr.” and “Mrs.” signs while a charming square banner with yellow borders proclaiming “Happily Ever After” hung across the front of the table. The joyful couple hit the dance floor with their friends and fam, and together they cut into their sweet modern three-tiered white wedding cake with yellow detailing and an oversized bright yellow flower, topped with an adorable modern bride and groom cake topper.
Thank you so much to Branham Perceptions Photography for sharing this beautiful wedding with all of us!
Have an awesome day!
