Jonathan and I FINALLY had a weekend off and of course we went out every single day 🙂 We dropped the kiddies off at grandmas house on Friday and proceeded to spend Saturday and Sunday exploring Queens, Manhattan, and of course our beloved Brooklyn. We shopped for some new clothes, had some great Mexican food and margaritas and enjoyed some celebratory cigars. It was the best time I’ve had in NY in a while. But after a couple of days of fun, we were missing our babies. Plus John had to finish his school project on why he should be elected Class President. (Pictures Below)
On a whim, we decided to take the kids to the Queens County Farm and do some pumpkin picking. Apparently, this has become the traditional thing to do in our family. The farm was overcrowded, small, and stinky but the kids didn’t seem to mind. We had an amazing time looking at the animals and I learned that we have a little model on our hands. (Aiden wanted to pose for pictures EVERYWHERE… seriously)
I hoped you all enjoyed your weekend. Here is a bit of our family weekend for your enjoyment.
Have an awesome Tuesday everyone 🙂
